Shopping Tips

• Stock shown on the website is set aside so it’s available for purchase. Everything else goes with me to shows. 
• If you encounter an out of stock product, send me a text or e-mail asking if I have more on hand. Odds are good that I do. 
• Are you looking for a product you like in a different color or need it in a quantity not available according to the website? Text or email me. I’ll check my inventory for what you want. 
• Temari Balls are truly unique. If the balls shown are sold out, e-mail me. I can send photos of what I have on hand. 
• Fabric Ornaments are going to vary depending on where the pattern is placed. This is unavoidable. Please be flexible if the product you receive looks slightly different from the photo.
• Some products such as the Gift Card Stockings, Cork Wine Bottle Charms, Christmas Spiders, Wire Ribbon Angels, Beaded Collars, and Ribbon Dragonflies come in such a large variety of fabric themes, bead/charm options, and ribbon colors that I can’t possibly show them all. I’m always happy to check in my inventory to help find just the right ornament for you. 

Every effort is made to package all shipments in a way to avoid breakage. All products are made with lasting quality in mind. Let’s face it though. Sometimes “stuff” happens and something gets arrives broken or damaged. Or, (*gasp), you don’t like it. When I said I love to hear from my customers that includes bad news too. I prefer happy news but I do stand by my products. I want to know if you are unhappy with a product, quality, or my service.
