Tips for Ordering Handmade Ornaments

All handmade ornaments are made in small batches or one at a time. Some are literally one of a kind, especially the Temari Balls. Contact Dawn if you want something specific or in a larger quantity than what is listed as available. Please do this prior to placing orders.

As some of the more expensive products are truly unique, you can also expect variations in bow or thread colors or slight variations with beads with all ornaments. Where fabric is concerned each product is cut out in a different place within the fabric pattern. With quilted ornaments the placement of the fabric pieces will likely vary. It's something my craft show customers have learned to expect and roll with.

First, if you experience ANY difficulty using this site for any reason I want to hear about it. Find a typo? Oops. Please let me know. 

Second, historically Ornaments By Dawn products have only been sold at Atlanta area craft shows. Visiting my booth at a show is like visiting a small Christmas store except everything is handmade ornaments. Now, everything that is posted on this site is held out from my show inventory to make sure it is available when you order. In some cases there are so many versions of a product that it's too time consuming to show them all. In those cases a general selection of those are shown. The fabric Gift Card Stockings, the Ribbon Dragonflies, and the Cork Wine Bottle Charm ornaments come to mind. The quantities of each are low as well. The best thing to do if you encounter an out of stock product or are looking for something more specific is to send me a text describing the product, color, theme, quantity, etc. that you're looking for. I'll be happy to let you know if I have it and text you photos of my recommendations.

Third, not all the Ornaments By Dawn products are shown on this site. If you saw a product at a show but don't see it here, it means I haven't added it. Again, I am always willing to send photos of items on request. I love hearing from my customers so, have a question...contact me. There is a cute little message bubble floating around somewhere on each page to make that easy.

Fourth, every effort is made to package all shipments in a way to avoid breakage. All products are made with lasting quality in mind. Let's face it though. Sometimes "stuff" happens and something gets broken or fails. When I said I love to hear from my customers that includes bad news too. I prefer happy news but I do stand by my products. I want to know if you are unhappy with a product, quality, or, gulp, my service.
